Need a Hand

If this is an emergency, please call 000.

Welcome to the I Got You Support Hub

Our aim is to offer a supportive environment where individuals can find the help and support, they need, feeling safe discussing their individual concerns. Together we can make a difference.

By coming together as a community, we can create a supportive environment where individuals feel empowered to seek help and support for their mental health and life challenges.

Why Community Support Matters

Unfortunately, due to many reasons including, stigma lack of support services and resources, many individuals do not seek help when they need it most.

By creating a supportive community, we can break down barriers and encourage open conversations about mental health.

If you or someone you know is in crisis, please reach out to a trusted friend, family member, or mental health professional. You are not alone, and help is available.

Here is a list of services that may help you or a mate in need.

Together, we can make a difference.

Always remember I Got You
